York and Warren Project

At the corner of York and Warren, a long stalled project sees some signs of life.

254 Warren Street along with 106 through 124 York Street went before the zoning board back in 2010 and received permission for a 120 foot mixed use building.

The project was first announced more than five years ago but failed to break ground before the housing crisis and financial meltdown. Since then several revisions have floated around.

Situated on the corner of York and Warren, the site is a former surface parking lot.
