45 Story Tower Eventually Will Replace Boys and Girls Club

The dilapidated Boys and Jersey Club at the end of Grove Street is getting a new life.
The building at the end of Grove Street will be torn down and the club will have a new home in 18 Park, a new residential building coming to Marin Boulevard in the Liberty Harbor Development.
Replacing the older building will be two new private developments, a smaller tower along Grand Street similar in stature to 225 Grand, the new rental building as well as a taller, 45 story tower.
The project will also extend Grove Street into Liberty Harbor.
