Second Phase of Gulls Cove Might Happen

The second phase of the Liberty Harbor North tower might finally be moving forward.
When the first phase was completed and sales began, all that was left of the second phase were piping and hooks in a concrete slab. The project might finally be moving forward and rumored to be going rental.
Metro Homes developed the 16 story first phase of the project.
