Two Boots Pizza has posted signs in a Newark Avenue storefront currently undergoing renovations. The storefront is one of the first on the south side of the block to under go renovation. The store is the former Tortillas Grill at 133 Newark Avenue.

Two Boots has several Manhattan storefronts as well as locations in Bridgeport, Los Angeles, and Baltimore selling gourmet pizza slices. The West Village location serves a pie with a thin, crispy crust and a range of toppings and designer pizzas.

Nick’s Village Pizza opened last year and then closed several months later in a storefront just four addresses further east; that storefront is now empty. However, Two Boots pizza will probably taste good.
