18 Park Site Prepped

The site of the future residential building, 18 Park, has been cleared and prepped for construction.
The new project will sit in front of Gulls Cove alongside the light rail tracks. Construction is expected to begin sometime this year and begin occupancy by 2013. We’ve heard that before.
The 422 unit project will include a new Boys and Girls Club as part of a deal with the organization.
