Marbella II Coming Soon?

A while back on Roseland Property’s website, a listing for “Marbella II” appeared under the coming soon section. It appears soon is now as equipment is now on site at the corner of Second Street and Washington. The lot is small, but probably the right size for a slender residential rental tower. The new tower will also be next to the Harsimus Cove Light Rail Station.
