For almost a year, signs on the base of 77 Hudson Street have promised fresh groceries coming soon. The only evidence that work continues are the piles of yellow construction permits attached to the window, as evidenced by the not-to-straight photo:

The two towers continue to receive windows. The exterior of the north side of the parking garage appears finished.
