Hoboken Officials Sworn In Ending Battles, Beginning New Ones

This past year's municipal elections certainly was heated with the city going broke, government shutting down, and plenty of mud slinging on everyone's part. But its finally over as Dave Roberts was sworn in for his second term as mayor and his allies on the council took their seats.
