However, at the southwest end of the current development are three buildings receiving their finishing touches. <\/p>\n<p>The Regent finishes off the end of the street. The rental building will sport a rooftop pool and be the third of the larger residential towers after the <a HREF=\"http:\/\/www.newyorkssixth.com\/directory\/2009\/03\/sutton.html\">Sutton<\/a> and <a HREF=\"http:\/\/www.newyorkssixth.com\/directory\/2009\/03\/zenith.html\">the Zenith<\/a>.
