Breaking ground at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zwire.com\/site\/news.cfm?newsid=15988060&#038;BRD=1291&amp;PAG=461&#038;dept_id=523585&amp;rfi=6\">the end of the week<\/a>, the tower is part of a larger vision to renovate a five and half acre site at the 9th Street light rail station.<\/p>\n<p>Part luxury condo development, part artists&#8217; haven, the project will include a 123 unite tower on Monroe Street as well as renovating the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.monroecenter.com\/\">Monroe Center for the Arts<\/a>.
